Highly recommend the "Reme Halo" air purification system that "HASSAR" appliances recently installed in our home. The system takes supply air from the house fan coil, creates hydrogen peroxide, and purifies the air overall. It takes about 2 weeks to treat the heavy dust & contaminants, then after that it keeps home air quality at a high rating. We've noticed our home smells fresh from previous musty air and dog odors. I just moved to buckeye and in less than 24 hours the fridge that was sold in the house started making a loud non stop humming. "Usually I don't like people upselling. However, Jeremy saw my cats, heard that I have a rescue, and recommended the REME HALO. It's the perfect solution I've been searching for. We actually use a 7% hydrogen peroxide cleaning solution. And I recently invested $700+ in air purifiers and ionizers. Based on the bit of knowledge I've already accumulated, I know the HALO is going to help. "I just had service for a microwave and dishwasher. Microwave was fixed ( and rapidly diagnosed) and it was perfect. As it turned out, the dishwasher wasn’t the problem, but a plumbing leak was. David fixed it, and gave us guidance on where to go from here (mold issues and things like that). Not a problem for me, because I was fortunate enough to use a Rosie company. Simply the best. Jeremy and David worked so wonderfully together, and both seemed as though their only care in the world was making sure my wife and I were happy. Simply beautiful. I just want the boss to know that when any of my neighbors (almost all seniors who just can do it anymore), you will be the ONLY company that I will recommend. Sometimes older folks are concerned about being taken advantage of, or rude and arrogant service people being condescending or even mean. Not your folks. Jeremy and David were as perfect, and beyond, as my own son and sons-in-law would be. And my wife and I would just like to thank them and you for that. Just an addition, and I sure hope this doesn’t get him into any trouble… but… we have an AC filter that we rarely change because it’s on the peak of a vaulted ceiling. Over 14 feet high. We can’t do it anymore. We weren’t complaining, just mentioning it, and Jeremy said he would do it… and did. Who does that? David fixed our leak, but he wouldn’t leave until he was absolutely positive that it was fixed perfectly. Who does that?

"My ten year old washer sprung a leak in the drain hose. I called several companies, including a seventeen minute hold from Sears, and no one could come out for a week or more.

I called Honest Appliance and they agreed to respond within two days. A few days later I got a text that Anthony was on his way. Anthony arrived with the needed part in hand and went to work. Shortly thereafter Anthony informed me that someone had put the wrong part in a sealed box. The number on the box was correct, but the part was wrong. Knowing that this was not the fault of Anthony or his company I expected to go without a washer for about five days. Anthony said they could offer a loaner machine to get me through the weekend. Later that day Anthony arrived and unloaded a loaner machine in 108 degree temps. He installed it, made sure it worked, and said he would call when the part came in.

I was stunned to receive service like this in this day and age. I then learned that Honest Appliance is a family owned business run by Anthony's family. What a great experience dealing with these people. I will be using them in the future."

"We’ve had a WEEK! Our microwave is officially dead, and our dishwasher has been acting up for the last week. Unfortunately, we had to replace the microwave, but since the dishwasher is so new - we opted to have someone come out to see what the issue was. 

After some Google research, we called Honest Appliance Service & Repair. They were able to come out quickly, and even kept us updated along the way to let us know when they would be here. Anthony and Linda own the company together, and we were lucky enough to have Anthony out to work on our dishwasher. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on all appliances (we even asked him about our microwave), talked us through everything he was checking on, and alerted us to the problem (soap suds got into the drain). He showed us a super easy solution to fix it, and also how to fix it if we come across the issue again in the future. I had Anthony come out and run a vent to install a second dryer in my garage. Neither of us realized he was going to discover 6 inches of concrete inside a couple inches of insulating foam and a stucco layer. He had to return second day to complete the job, and obviously way under-bid the project. But he stuck with it, and made sure the job was done perfectly. He was even willing to take a big hit and stick with his original quoted price, but I felt he needed to be paid more for his time and effort. I still got a ridiculous bargain on the value of his work, and will have him do any and all work he is available for. "Honest Appliance came out to fix a persistent error message on my Samsung dishwasher. After looking at several possibilities, Anthony narrowed it down to a water line from the drain pump to the case break. He took off the line, put it up to the faucet and forced water through it. He found the obstruction. A rubber pad from a Starbucks travel mug was lodged in the line.

I imagine that they could have told me anything they wanted and charged me an arm and a leg to fix it. They offered to reinstall my old drain pump and refund me but, the replacement was much better than my worn out one.

"We are brand new to the area and recently moved into a new house and we needed a reputable serviceman. Our home warranty (2-10) had recommended a badly rated company, which we refused to use.

So I decided to try Home Advisor and Linda from Honest Appliance called me very quick. She was honest and forthcoming regarding license and insurance. I felt comfortable with having someone come out to decipher the dishwasher leaking problem.

"Everyone at Honest Appliance Service & Repair is outstanding! It's family owned and operated, which means they have great customer service and they guarantee their work. I called because my dryer stopped working and Anthony, the owner, was very knowledgeable about my situation and was happy to speak to me at length sharing his wisdom and experience. Before booking the appointment, I asked him (not holding him to any firm quote of course) about how much people usually spend to fix their dryer. He quoted me a price that was above average for what others paid, according to HomeAdvisor, but I figured out the reason why. Anthony wasn't just quoting me a cheap price to get my service. He was honest about the fact that when he ran his diagnostic test, it was common for more than one part to need replacing. He also shared that a lot of people decide they want to replace a part that may not be necessary broken at that moment but that would need to be replaced down the road. Instead of having to call for service again, they choose to replace the part at that time. It was clear that Anthony is really about serving his customers well, and treats each person as if they were a member of his own family. I was also able to speak to Jeremy, Anthony's son, who is a service tech. Jeremy was happy to speak to me at length about my dryer also, and had the same spirit of excellent customer service. Linda, in the office, was also great. Even though their website said they were closed I called hoping to receive a return call Saturday. Incredibly, I received the return call 15 minutes later at 7:15pm! They were able to squeeze me in for a service call at 8:00am Saturday!! Anthony showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and located the needed part to repair the refrigerator which was complete by 5:00pm. Awesome! Unfortunately, the door accidently hit the counter when moving and put a small dent in the stainless door. Anthony tried to repair it to my satisfaction and I didn't like the repair. Promising 100% customer satisfaction they ordered a replacement door. Within 10 days a new door was installed. Accidents happen but how you handle the issue is what's important. Honest Appliance lived up to their word with no hassle! Thank you for your incredible service!!!"

"I love the service we had on our large capacity LG dryer. Response time was very quick and the repairman, Jeremy greeted me with "Who is the veteran?" because he picked up on my license plate. I was a Vietnam era Air Force vet and Jeremy had served 8 years in the Marines. That 30 second conversation pulse a hand shake was followed by a disassembly of my dryer and identification of the problem.

Within a few minutes he located a new drum to replace my damaged part and was able to to give me an estimate and a healthy "veteran's discount." It was getting late on Friday evening so he set up an appointment for Monday. Jeremy hit the appointment time spot on, and 45 minutes later

"We called Honest Appliance Service & Repair to take a look at our dryer. We've had it repaired before by someone else, and it lasted another year, but was making odd noises again. Jeremy came out and checked it out. He said he could fix it for us, but it had some other issues that were likely to need repair in the very near future, so it might not be worth it to us to invest the extra money (even though it cost him a repair job!) While he was there, my husband mentioned how much I hated my new washing machine, even though it wasn't broken, so Jeremy asked my why I didn't like it.
